Q: I didn’t receive a shipping notification

A: Once I package an order, you will receive a shipping notification! So if you have not yet received one via email then I have not yet packed and/or shipped your order yet. Current order processing time is 1 week.

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Once I drop a package off at the post office it typically takes 2-5 business days within the US and 2-3 weeks international however those estimates can vary depending on holiday seasons, weather, and your local post office.

Q: Policy on refunds and exchanges?

A: I currently do not accept refunds or exchanges however if something was wrong with your order please send me an email about it!

Q: What if my order does not arrive?

A: Unfortunately since I am a small business, I am unable to be responsible for your package once I drop it off at the post office. For packages that have tracking numbers (packages that are not just stickers), I can look at your tracking number to perhaps see what happened and/or contact the post office but that’s about it, I’m sorry.

Q: Where did you get [thing] made?

A: Most of my merchandise is handmade however I get many other products made by various manufacturers I’ve found through the Alibaba website! I’d recommend looking there for “custom [thing you want made]” and asking around different manufacturers for one that fits you!
