Refunds and Exchanges

At this time, TINY PLANT does not accept refunds or exchanges. Items are carefully checked for quality prior to shipment. All sales are final.

Shipping and Processing Time

Current order processing time is 1 week. I apologize that this is longer than most other shops however I work a full-time job during the week so orders typically get packed on the weekends and shipped out the following Monday. Within the US, orders should take 2-5 business days to be delivered. International orders can take two weeks to a month to be delivered, depending on your country.

If parcels are returned to me due to a mistake in the recipient's address, the recipient must pay for shipping back to them. I cannot be responsible for you putting in the wrong information so please be sure to double-check your address prior to placing an order.

**Please Note: Shipping labels are created based on the address your PayPal account is connected to. Please ensure your address is correct on PAYPAL before confirming your order.

Item Did Not Arrive

Once I drop orders off at the post office, they are out of my hands and I therefore have no responsibility over them from that point on. I cannot be responsible for lost packages. If a package does not arrive, please check your tracking number included in your order and contact your local post office. You may also file a missing package case with USPS. Refunds will not be given in cases of lost packages.
